What is the best season to come in Cyprus? Not very hot. Not very cold and rainy. Can you give me advice please?

It depends on what is "very hot" and "very cold" for you. On the coast in Cyprus it really never gets very cold. I would say the best time to come to Cyprus is either end of May or begging of June. Almost no chance of rain and always sunny, hot enough to go to the beach but not as hot as July and August. Mid September could also be good time. Again sunny with very little chance of rain, quite hot but not as much as in August and July and the sea water temperature is higher than May or June.

It is joke? I think November is not the best month for traveling to Cyprus. Rains starts in November, is not it?

It can rain any time of year (even in August - though this rare) and there is the biggest risk of rain from end October to end March, but don't knock it, we need it. Even when it rains it seldom lasts more than a fewe days.

As first choice I'd say mid- March to Mid May. At the earlier time there is bigger risk of rain, but possibly still (skiable) snow on Troodos, and lower down there is lots of green grass and pretty flowers. By May the grass and flowers are going and it is going brown. After that I'd say late September through to late November: its not green like spring but mostly warm and the sea is very good for swimming, better than summer, even into December.
