Just watched Jimi Hendrix Woodstock then listened to the live version of "Tommy" from "Live at Leeds". First time I have heard this version. Magic.

Was watching some youtube stuff from the Monterey Festival, '67 think it was, last night. Some excellent performances there.

Think will put the 'phones on and watch a few others.

yes the Jimi hendrix was a classic - mind the way he first made love to his guitar then set fire to it, smashed it up and tossed it into the audience was probably a bit OTT!

Yes ... just watched the guitar going up in flames one.... as well as The Who and J Airplane. Brill stuff.

Have a listen to this one from the Animals .... excellent and edgy version of Paint it Black with some great Fiddling...
