Angela Merkel on Official visit to Cyprus

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

And, she's sending us a few of these:

Also noteworthy is the German Navy’s clear readiness and resources for force projection. Provided that the EU’s southern belt is experiencing financial difficulties, Germany may very well be enticed to intervene in the mediterranean with its own resources in a near future, so as to not depend on French and British forces.

Merkel thanked the Greek Cypriot side for its flexibility and creativity in solving the Cyprus problem and agreed that the President is ready for a compromise. She went on to blame the Turkish side for the lack of progress.

??? Is that what you extracted from all this?

It’s pretty clear now that all Merkel wanted was to secure the smooth running of coming NATO-EU issues where Turkey’s involvement was a hindrance due to her negative CyProb stance.

As per usual, Sexstofias just foolishly nodded his 40 gallon empty head giving her the all clear!

I just can’t wait to get rid of this incompetent idiot.

I can count about 20 opportunities so far we’ve wasted in the last 4-5 years, that would’ve tied Turkey into a knot!

DT IS RIGHT she applauded christofias with the way talks are going and reprimended turkey for not putting any effort is solving the problem.Christofias is determined to solve the cyprus problem along a FEDERAL MODEL within his term as president.

Same height, same weight....why not?

One of the reasons she came over apart for finding a podium for her anti turkish statements , was to convince this idiot to join the pfp. Anastasiades met later with her and told her that once he's in govt then not only will he join the pfp but also apply to NATO. :D

Bring on nato

___

Erdogan reacted strongly by telling Merkel that she knows nothing of the Cyprus issue and that she should go have tea with former German chancellor Schroeder. LOL

GR and DT, recognising and applauding succesful policies makes one more credible. Whining and putting a negative spin on everything Christofias does makes you look like old grumpy fools..

First it was the pope, then Mendiedev, then the hungarian and the slovak priministers, now its Merkel and soon Sarkozy... Not bad for a "communist" president who according to you does nothing right..
