Rumours have it she will call for solution before EU Presidency comes to Cyprus.

Or what? lol there can't be a worse outcome than the one we have now. There is partition and a very clear one.

I think that would be the right way to go. However, it needs to be a viable long term and unitary solution where al Cypriots are treated equally with equal human rights.

so in six hours what can she talk about? Given she has to go from Larnaca to Nicosia and back.

It's a good question.
Cyprus has a problem.
There are two sides to this problem.
There are 2 negotiators trying to solve this problem.
Merkel turns up, is here for a couple of hours and doesn't meet any Turkish Cypriot, even though she enters the buffer zone?

If her visit is only concerning GCs, she may have been reading a few fortunes.
