Hi, I have to say that after trawling through many Cyprus letting agents(I'm planning to rent in Cyprus early next year) €1,500.00 seems a tad on the high side.

Thanks but no thanks.I have my eye on a 2 bed flat in Livadia for €400. per month,that's all I want pay.I have noticed there are hundreds and hundreds of 2 bed flats for rent all over Cyprus, quite a lot of them are new and going for €350 to €425 per month

That is cheap. Good luck in your search - make sure you get what you want and check all the details of your contract too.

i know owners always want what they think their property worth but you have to be realistic!
