Easy - Figgy lives in Cyprus so no doubt she knows a little bit about the 'housing market' AND she read the previous posts. I actually agreed with what she has written, but declined to comment - until now that is! I personally think you are asking a very unrealistic price especially under today's climate. Sorry, but it's true :roll:
