veto not vito(vito is a italian in brooklyn)and how were they reasonable to you it says in the site that they vetoed the budget because of the municipalities that would be under review.so something that needed to be negotiated and looked at objectively for completely freezing the functioning of a state.i can what to see what you would consider unreasonable.

I remember the issue of the veto mentioned above. What was said at the time was that,' monies to the Turkish Municipalities would be curtailed in favour of the Greek municipalities'. I think the veto was justified and the matter should have been discussed further.
