That was actually quite an impartial link. To be honest I was not expecting it to be impartial so shame on me. But it only gives two examples of when the vito was used and both seem reasonable to me; does it not to you?

veto not vito(vito is a italian in brooklyn)and how were they reasonable to you it says in the site that they vetoed the budget because of the municipalities that would be under review.so something that needed to be negotiated and looked at objectively for completely freezing the functioning of a state.i can what to see what you would consider unreasonable.

From your link:

"Moreover, they (gcs) complained that a Turkish-Cypriot veto on the budget (in response to alleged failures to meet obligations to the Turkish-Cypriots"

so you were failing to meet obligations so a veto was used. Big deal? And even within that we are working with the assumption that, that was the reason the veto was used, So try again.

Thanks for correcting my spelling.

you can also claim that the supreme court ruling was political THEN legal.espesially with a foreign judge on the bench.
