What the hell are you talking about.?? If you want to make a point, then make it, rather than the nonsensical gibberish you made above, which I have no freaking idea what the hell it is you are talking about.!
Why are you making out like its a major problem, its happens all over the world you moron.
What happens all over the world.??
I don't know what the hell you are talking about.
The fact that people die and property ownership is split between siblings/probate.
I knew you didn't know what the hell you were talking about.
What does what you said above has anything to do with the problems the TCs face with their properties in the south when they have not done hardly anything legally to pass on their properties to the heirs in the last 36+ years. I'm not even going to mention all the illegal activities they have been forced to enter with the "trnc" by being co conspirators in stealing the GCs properties in the north. The problems the TCs will face if ever there is a settlement are humongous in trying to sort out their properties in the south, and the longer there isn't a settlements, the TCs heirs will get larger and larger in numbers, almost making it impossible to resolve the property left to them by their parents, grandparent and grand grand parents. The GCs on the other hand have been taking care of business by passing their properties in the north to the heirs legally, even if the heirs are not able to get them physically because of the Turkish occupation of the north, but they have their names on the deeds of the land that has been passed down to them. The TCs have not done that, have they, because it can only be done in the RoC.?
So where else in the world does this problem exists.??
