is sad !! not because older people just old no because at some point one have to realize we dont live for ever and the older you get the closer you get to the end ! and it is so unfair that our body fail us to survive while the soul wants more of life !!
as life is so short i would wish all my older friends specially the ones who now struggling to stay alive to hold on , love life and enjoy every single day ! and for everyone else to seek happiness and forget bitterness ...

You're right 'fig head' my mother and father in law are both in their 80s with a great zest for life yet I see some people half their age who are living in 'moan-and-groansville.'
