Do the Kurds have community status in Turkey?

No. They hardly have a minority status. And that, although their numbers aren't much lower than these of TCs, and they are even the majority in some regions.

The north part of Cyprus belongs to RoC in every way, legally as well.

We didn't merely "touch" Cyprus. We are the vast majority of the population of this island for 1000s of years.
