Insan, that was a tv program that targeted GC viewers and the news that mattered at the time was the participation of GC teachers with pupils. Our education system is not exactly the most progressive. Teachers are very conservative in our part of Cyprus and only very few dare organise such events, even with Christofias as President. Only the other day Sevgul was not allowed to visit a school in Kokkinoxoria area (Frenaros) when teachers and pupils made it clear that "we do not want Turks in our school". Sevgul was to talk about the common pain of people who have suffered as a result of the inter communal fighting and the crimes of the nationalists from both sides.

That is disappointing isn't it, why have TCs been given a disproportionately high number of opportunities to speak compared to GCs?
