On production value it beats the tripe that comes out on Cyprus TV.

You only get to see CYBC, which is run by un-civil servants, some of the other channels are much better.
(I still don't know who this tart is you are talking about!)

Not sure about the 'tart' handle -she was 3rd in the X-Factor last year or year before! D loves her..................

Am wondering what these 'better' Cyprus TV programmes are. Seems to be mainly political discussion, tear jerking reunion shows, X-factor and Sowyootheenkyookndanss?' (hilarious) and lots and lots of dubbed soaps - all very melodramatic.

Cyprus tv is rubbish i agree...

the american shows are what is good... no ordinary family, smallville, supernatural every other show you can think of. nikita house lie to me outsourced sons of anarchy chuck.. and the list goes on

no offence to you english on the forum but british people sound weird on tv lol

we dont even have high definition on our tvs in england your starting to have 3d... but i never watch tv i download those tv shows and watch it with no adverts every 5 seconds. actually some times i put a proxy and watch top gear and formular one they are amazing british shows that america tried to copy and failed badly

If I had young children these days I would ban American 'kiddie' shows like Hannah Montana and ilk. I despair when I see my lovely grand children pick up the 'spoilt' attitude and 'back-chat' from these programmes. They are so artificial as well. There goes my cred re: freedom of speech and expression. Their parents are reaping the rewards for their lack of control over the childrens viewing. Grown up films are a different category altogether.

It improves tremendously when you can understand what they are saying., but don't worry about that, just stick to Strictly Come Dancing, X-Factor and I'm an Idiot Get me out of here, you know, all the intellectual stuff.
