You shouldn't be living in the north either. Depart while you can.

Kurupetos, EOKA B talk....why do GC's find TC's so offensive? Viewpoint has just discussed and yet all you can do is mock and curse....seems to me a psychological escape route....It's this attitude of stay and perish why the TC's dont want to be a minority...how can we live under the rule of a government who wants us to perish, rather than flourish? I think that is the best way to show you why Minority/Majority will never work in Cyprus....dont get me wrong, neither will two federal states...but I guess that's what the writing on the wall said in Larnaca....in 2003 I went to Larnaca with my girlfriend at the time and I saw the graffiti on the wall and I could only really speak a few words of Greek so I only understood the words "Yes" and "No" so I asked my GF and she said it means "Yes or No, Either way we are f***ed" and I laughed when I heard it...So simple and yet so chillingly true...

I'm struggling here to think why a TC minority would not flourish in the RoC.

All the evidence shows that under the current Turkish rule the TCs will all but dissappear in the next 50 - 100 years.

What evidence, Ed? Have you been to the TRNC? We have worldwide artists giving concerts every year, The highest selling BMW dealership in the world, everybody owns new expensive cars, everybody has a lovely home, businesses are doing well....post-74 we didnt have anything....have you seen the hotels in TRNC? some of them are phenomenal....I'm having my wedding there next year and I couldn't imagine having my wedding in the UK at a place nearly as nice....how will they dissappear?
