your just going by what u THINK lola...officially Turkey is a secular state with no state religion...while the majority of Turkish people are Muslim they will never be able to impose any religious laws as it is forbidden by constitution...it'll NEVER happen and anyone who wants to make it happen can pissy about with it as much as they like...all they are doing is wasting their time because the constitution will never be amended

ZoC, turkey are not a religious state...there is no official state religion as per constitution and religion is strictly prohibited in politics...it is a SECULAR state...you know, that word that keeps popping up any time turkey is mentioned...I don't mean to come across rude but please stop calling us out on our religion...If you hate muslims so much then go protest or complain or be a priest but stop bringing it up completely out of topic

I also believe EU has sent many deadlines in the past to implement the Ankara Protocol what you know nothing has changed and it will not change tommorow. But I have a little itch about 2011 we shall see.

There is no chance Turkey will implement the Ankara protocol with nothing in return. Turkey has stated many times open the ports in the North for direct trade/flights and the South will get it's flagged vessels/aircrafts to be allowed why not do a deal? The Ankara protocol is according to the Republic Of Cyprus well Turkey doesn't recognise RoC so why should it implement the protocol. Maybe EU should of thought about all this before accepting RoC into the EU not crying afterwards please implement the protocol.
