IF I may be so bold, I have already earmarked our friend as the main ingredient for a delicious 'Hasenpfeffer'. (or Hossenfeffer "Si vous preferez")

We have discussed recipes severally in the past and YOURS may not be quite as palatable as that with which we have agreed upon.

OUR German recipe, has RED wine and COGNAC among the ingredients, YOUR (inferior French (yuc!!) method suggests the inclusion of WHITE wine ?, I must insist that there is only ONE way to do culinary justice to a rabbit.

"Nar look 'ere Froggy, you stick to Yer bleed'en poofty pom poms, an' leave the Krauts to put a good bit a grub on the bleed'en Trapeze"

(As Jimmy would say)
