How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Because that would explain why they don’t understand that 18% is minority!

The numerals are always read/ written from left to right as in the western world. You dont know much do you?

Correct Deniz. How could it work any other way?

Reading numbers backwards?

Well then if they can't read 18% perhaps you can explain what makes them assume that it's 81%, because they’re certainly behaving like it!

What so unusual about that. The Germans always read their numbers over 21 to 99 units backwards.

For example, in English we read 21 as "twenty one", but the Germans read the same number as "one and twenty" or "einundzwanzig / ein-und-zwanzig".!

That's not all. When they say "um halb neun" (at half nine), they actually mean at Eight Thirty.!

Enough to drive you fucking crazy.!

In the meantime,Tim's post and the implication in the quote there, that a whole Turkish Cypriot family were murdered in cold blood gets swept under the carpet...Yep,in certain GC mentality it is always the victims who are to be blamed...After all, their ancestors came to Cyprus uninvited in 1571,right,GR??? How else do they expect to be treated 400 years later???

That is another matter GR. I corrected your mis-representaion.Thats all. As to the demand for a proportion of Cyprus, I am of the opinion they demand the whole of the island together with the GCs. The whole of the island is our home and it should stay that way.
