Eric I think you will find many of them come here and get a little health care too Have to ask though apart from the British private set up in Paphos (Houston) there are no Paramedics in the RoC either, for the important first or 'golden hour' after an emergency they can and do save many many lives.

I don't know where you get that from, as we eat a lot better for a lot less than you guys.
