It seems that the carpet bagging thieves of the north are not too happy with their lot.
Of those that responded to the poll: -

Only 33% are completely happy with their property purchase
64% would not recommend buying in north Cyprus
75% of builders went bust before the building was 25% finished
90% recommend renting before buying
100% of those waiting to have their building finished have waited more than 4 years

We keep hearing sad stories of property scams in the ROC but I bet they only a fraction of the number occurring in the north.
