Like convicted drug dealer and ripper-off of idiot carpetbaggers, Gary Robb, currently pleasuring Her Majesty? Will the "TRNC" "diplomats" in the UK be offering him "consular" assistance while he does his time?

It 's so interesting to read this news in a foreign forum!
Who the hell is Paul Amato????
It 's the first time I hear his name!

I did a quick search on the Internet and I discovered that unfortunately is not the only one ....
Both these gentlemen have become citizens of an occupied territory
- Marco Perduca
- Mauritius Turco (how we can expect his excuses for last name..?)

For SKI -preo : the right word is VA A FANCULO!

Italian politicians are ass licker...

I don't know... anyway most of italian's surnames have an explanation.

In this whole affair (which in Italy has gone entirely unnoticed) the thing that leaves a bad taste in the mouth that is only now that Turkey should join Europe brings to mind the situation in Cyprus.
It 's just a political strategy to win more votes in the forthcoming elections. In Italy we are in a crisis of government, maybe that's why the media did not broadcast this news.

Believe me when I tell you that at least half of Italians do not have any idea where Cyprus is located. Either geographically (they say <but how? Is not situated near Rhodes?)

The fact remains that I have never heard of Paolo Amato before!

You dont have to have Turkish blood or speak Turkish to become a TRNC citizen.

I was born in Kyrenia, Can I become a "citizen"? Also some "Turkish" Cypriots do not have "Turkish" blood and speak better Greek Cypriot dialect than Turkish. I even know one family with a Turkish surname and first names who send their kids to a Greek Orthodox School in Sydney. Can they become citizens?

You have to reside in the TRNC for Im not sure but I think its 10 years now.

VP cut the crap, you know damned well that no one with a Greek sounding name would be given a resident's permit. The carpetbaggers on CY44 are always moaning about having to apply, recently they complained that they had to pass a medical to get their permits to stay in "paradise".

The recent poll said that 64% of carpetbaggers would not recommend buying in north Cyprus.

The end is nigh.
