Well, we all have our personal problems dear and we use all the avenues available to us such as… Legal Aid, Ombudsman, Consumer complaints dept, Lawyers, etc and let justice take its course, but we certainly don’t plaster it all over the forum and go on about it from morning to dusk!

I see you’ve also posted your email for support so that’s about it then, so could Admin please lock this thread so we can move on to other issues?

Thanks!

Janet have read your story on all the Forums, I agree with you its good to talk, IGNORE the posts that are negative and unhelpful, but also expect it, just don,t waste energy answering them ok :)

I,m not sure if you have spoken with Nigel Howarth yet, if you have,nt he is the property guru for Cyprus and may be able to give some advice, I would directly post on his forum, a forum which if you read it is FULL of property problems some small but plenty that are big. His Property Magazine also gives some strong advice.

Also do get in touch with Conor O' Dwyer by email on his website with the people he has had to face, he has learned some ins and outs   I do know many in bad positions re property have got in touch with him. He is facing much himself but he may help.

Don,t what ever you do give up. Just get stronger.

Finding like minded people to share experience and ideas should have no negative connotations, unlike you already knowing how/where to submit 'requests/applications' for Cyprus justice some people just don't know, hence after exhausting what they have already found (the BAR not responding - real nice touch there) they hit a forum to see if other suggestions are there, which you have kindly suggested a few in your post  :D

Drama queen. Its one thread that YOU have to click to read it, no-one forcing you to open - is YOUR choice :P

Ah bless, you'd think after 26k 'contributions' in nearly 4 years that one would know the site admin doesn't need someone giving out instruction on how to do his/her job :D

This may come as a shock but i understand this is not your personal forum - all you need to do is ignore threads that you don't like, now simply click the back button in your browser and choose another thread

Seems we've all been wasting our time!

One piece of advice I hope you will take "janet.smith653", is to stop posting further, or at least apologise to the forum and set the record straight -- not that anyone will trust what you say or give you the same authority once you do.

I won't break the confidence inherent in a PM, even though it was unsolicited, but before you do any more harm to the Court Case (as I have already warned you that you might be doing) I suggest you do as GR! says and ask Admin to lock or delete this thread.

Baggieboy wrote:Janet - have you visited Eastern Cyprus Owners and Buyers Forum? Not saying it will have any answers for you, but if you look for a thread called Conor's court case you will at least feel less alone.

Best wishes,

She is already there. She pasted the same story on that site too! From reading the thread, seems the site owner has had words through someone who knows the developer and a solution may be in hand.

There are 2 sides to every story, if you have been mistreated as such, he needs shooting, but we only know yourside of the story. Good luck.

I am afraid it is not about whether I want to read the thread or not but what you confessed in the PM which you sent me.

You are making a big mistake.

Janet - I do think you should ask to delete this thread. Having looked at Eastern Cyprus its evident that people are trying to sort this situation out for you, but I imagine these discussions are somewhat delicate and could be affected by further comment.

While I sympathise greatly with your situation, again, try to think objectively, and see what comes of the discussions initiated by Eastern Cyprus.

"janet.smith653" ... what you told me in that unsolicited PM might have serious consequences for you and those you love.

You are enjoying the attention, and maybe you think you are helping, but I hope you might take my advice, based on what you said, and will stop posting (here and elsewhere) on this very serious matter!

There will be many who encourage you to continue to post on this matter, because it serves their purpose -- but, I don't think it helps you and those you love.
