To be honest my indifference on the whole issue could be measured in parsecs, that said, how credible is any individual or business that resorts to such violence ?

The only established FACTS are - the vendor assaulted the customer the rest is hearsay , bullshit , smoke and mirrors

If the directors of your local supermarket kicked the crap out of a difficult customer ( no matter how provoked) and WERE CONVICTED of this offense by a jury of there peers would you think ..... hey lets be fair he has a side to the story ?

In principle you are correct of course, but life is not as black and white as you are making out.

You tell me, if someone (customer or not) is insulting your wife to you face, are you seriously gonna just turn the other cheek and say 'oh well'. No, the first reaction would be to knock him out.

In essence, conor was doing this to Karayiannas daily, an attempt to destroy him and the insults and abuse he gave them was akin to the example above. I am not condoning the beating, but I do understand it.

Its not just a simple case of a difficult customer getting a beating for a complaint, is it now???

I don't know why people have not cottoned on to the fact, yet, that "Conor" was an unscrupulous, self-obsessed gold-digger (demanding 100 Billion Dollars) who tried to sway the courts and public opinion with his elaborate websites defaming developers and Cyprus without care and concern for truth and fairness, IMHO.

Finally, we might hear the other side of the story, that of the Developer, who has patiently waited for the correct procedures before volunteering his view.

People, if you are Just, honest and fair, let the OTHER side speak for a change and shelf "Conor" for a while!

I for one don't have a problem in allowing anyone to speak but as far as I can see not one shred of evidence has been produced to support anything that Karryanus has said about his dealings with Conor and/or which effectivley deals with the evidence Conor compiled.

However, may I make a suggestion - if the Karyannis supporters dont want to see adverse posts they should keep their head down and not instigate new discussions.

Probably not, but from personal experience, any business that behaves in such a manner( assaulting difficult or even fraudulent customers) OR even allows the situation where such BAD PR occurs is either run by incomptent fools,violent thieves or amateurs and will eventually end up in a scenario like this.

I don't know if you are in your dotage dear or just in the forgetful stage of menopause but aren't you overlooking the Affidavit that Marios signed at the SBA on 16/11/2007, only 3 days away from 3 years ago which he came on here and proudly shouted about? Which they openly put on their website? He hardly sat patiently and waited did he? In fact he made a libellous statement which has since been proved to be a complete fabrication.

I suppose you can be forgiven for forgetting it because Marios himself did when he gave totally different testimony under oath in Larnaca Court 3-4 months ago.

The looks on the faces of his defence team were an absolute picture as it was clear they'd never even seen the Affidavit. Bang and thump the desk as he might and pathetically plead with the Judge in desperation as he did made no difference whatsoever. The Affidavit was admiited as evidence and Marios stood there squirming as he was proved a liar time after time under cross examination.

These people have tripped themselves up over their own lies so many times it's a wonder they don't have permanently broken noses.

Same goes for shows of "card-box living" whilst you tell us he already has a few homes, and interviews with Holiday Homes programmes, as well massive rallying (paid or from love) of brainwashed supporters to boycott promotions and meetings.

This statement was a lie with one intention only. In fact, it is exactly the same offence that Karayiannas accuse Conor of only in their usual stupidity they have forgotten that they have actually done, and admitted doing in court, what they merely allege Conor has done. The difference of course being that Conor has told the truth.

It was his right to make an affidavit as it would have been Conor's.
