B was unhappy with A - whether genuine or fraudulent
A got unhappy - whether provoked or not
A kicked the shit out of B
B got convicted

So the question is -

I don't know why people have not cottoned on to the fact, yet, that "Conor" was an unscrupulous, self-obsessed gold-digger (demanding 100 Billion Dollars) who tried to sway the courts and public opinion with his elaborate websites defaming developers and Cyprus without care and concern for truth and fairness, IMHO.

Finally, we might hear the other side of the story, that of the Developer, who has patiently waited for the correct procedures before volunteering his view.

People, if you are Just, honest and fair, let the OTHER side speak for a change and shelf "Conor" for a while!

B insulted viciously the family
B provoked A enormously to gain publicity
B went prepared with cameras and witnesses to a trouble spot
B expect and invited trouble for the publicity it would get him to strengthen his case
B was a vindictive, provocative and slimey person
A kicked the shit out of B, but didn't do a good enough job
B got convicted, but due to the provocation and deliberate harrassment of A, B managed to get a suspended sentence, since the Judge could see through B's plan.

So the question is -

Would you expect a cup of tea and flowers if you had behaved like B to A. Only natural for A to respond the way he did. It was staged by B. Unfortnately for A, they fell into his trap. IMHO
