How did Turkish Cypriots eliminate 5,000 GCs in July and August of 1974?

Surely your parents and grandparents must’ve been talking about all the July/August 1974 atrocities committed in the last 35 years, which no doubt they would’ve been looked upon as heroic deeds but nonetheless it’s interesting to know how so many people were executed.

So what’s the information you were being given?

TCs were at risk of genocide. Our saviour Turkey used its legal powers to save us, this required a militarry operation. When they arrived they met resistance from Greek army and Cypriot NG. There was gunfire exchange like no other time. Not like 63 when the Greeks had modern weapons ansd TCs shotguns and rusty stenguns and thomsons. So it is perfectly normal for such casualties.

I think even a 8 year old would know this let alone a grown man like you.

Another angle we could look at this from is this. 5000 aginst 120000. So, in the name of humanity 5000 sacrifised to save a much larger number of 120000. It really makes sense when you dig deeper.

Another angle we could look at this from is this. 5000 aginst 120000. So, in the name of humanity 5000 sacrifised to save a much larger number of 120000. It really makes sense when you dig deeper.

And yet not a single TC was killed prior to the genocide of GCs. You are dangerous people to have around. Your fantasies and fears get people killed. More countries, worldwide, should take heed of the dynamite they harbour in giving citizenship to TCs.

Perhaps, now, Turkey is using your same "reasoning" and sacrificing "120,000" TCs for the good of 70 Million Turks!
