How did Turkish Cypriots eliminate 5,000 GCs in 1974?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby JODU » Sun Nov 14, 2010 1:05 am
Average 100,000 TCs. Babies to Oldies. That's One Greek Cypriot killed for every gang of 20 TCs.

Remove the young, infirm, old etc from the equation and that is virtually ONE Greek Cypriot killed for every Turkish Cypriot in Cyprus, at the time.

Every TC is GUILTY of this crime!
I will take your point of view on board and will now hold you accountable for murdering my 2 young disabled twin cousins and my great uncle who were innocent civilians .

I know who these individuals are that killed innocent Tcs in my parents village but they are hiding in southern Cyprus but one day they will have to pay for their barbaric and guttless deeds .

Right, and how is that closure suppose to come about if some of you are troubled by such discussions?

To be honest your not going to find the answer here as I stated earlier if I had a map to know were they are then I go with you and find them and give you that closure but unfortunately not that I know everyone on this forum but I don't think you will find the closure here that your looking for.

Now of course you will have your views and I will have my views of events in Cyprus and the dilemma we are in today. Defendent and Plaintiff arguements.

See this is a problem too in our communities we should be working together demanding for these people to be found and laid to rest so we can continue to work together and not allow tragic events of the past to come back and haunt us. To me I believe politicians are looking at the Cyprus solution the wrong way but thats my view.

Err, problem is I never said anything about "WHERE" but HOW!

It's strange but you're the 2nd TC who has misread the thread title altogether... the other guy kept reading "WHY"!

Ah well... let's post it again:

Why dont you tell us how as you have conjured up some figure in your head on how and you keep asking such stupid quetions . Your only asking this quetion to make a statement or to promote propoganda .

Very good angle i will copy this approach.

HOW DID THE GREEKS KILL ALL THE TC CIVILIANS IN CYPRUS .PLEASE NOTE WONT DISCLOSE NUMBERS AS I AM NOT ENCOURAGING HATRED AND AS THAT TWAT HAS GIVEN A FIGURE ON HOW MANY GREEKS HE HAS NOT GIVEN SPECIFICS . I AM ASKING A SPECIFIC QUESTION .I DONT WANT TO KNOW HOW TURKISH RESISTANMCE FIGHTERS OR TURKISH SOLDIERS WERE KILLED AS THATS WHAT HAPPENS DURING WAR .I WANT TO KNOW HOW AND WHY YOU KILLED INNOCENT PEOPLE IN 1963 UP UNTILL 1974 WHEN TURKEY CAME AND SAVED US FROM YOUR MURDEROUS HANDS

PS: It's pretty hard reading your posts.... once you quote don't change any of it and just go to the end and add your input.

The killing of innocent civilians is a crime against humanity,no matter who does it...It must be condemned without any qualification...

But how is this thread helping us get closer to a solution???
We all know terrible, dastarly acts were committed by both sides, and most of these murderers have gotten away with their crimes...What purpose does it serve now to bring out the losses of one side, and demand proper answers to stupid questions??? :?

Where is the closure for the victim's loved ones?

Without closure nothing is going away and nobody is interested in getting closer to you.

That's right, you lost 200 odd in 1974 while the Turkish military were advancing when a GC paramilitary group in revenge rounded up, shot, and buried civilians at random in 3-4 mainly TC villages. They have since been found, dug up, and I presume ceremonies have been held for them by TCs. (see documentary posted elsewhere)

However, the great majority of GC victims (thousands) we know absolutely nothing about, hence this thread in the hope that someone can shed some light.
