No it was war in fact the gcs and tcs had been at war for a period stretching back to 63 when Greece tried to take over the island turkey then reacted buy Greece backed out of the conflict.

Well, I beleive, Get real, b-52 and oracle types's situation can not be solved with talking.
They need to taken care in the clinics for a long time
