How did Turkish Cypriots eliminate 5,000 GCs in 1974?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

You are the ones that claim you represent the whole island not us, why don't you stop all these benefits? I'm sure it snot because you love us but because you are obliged to otherwise the TRNC would be recognized immediately.

If what you say is true regarding the recognition part for the "trnc", then why wasn't the "trnc" recognised before the crossings opened.???

Again you are showing how little you really know about Cyprus, these "benefits" had to be made available before the borders were opened because the GCs still claimed they are the sole representatives of the whole island.

But the RoC always claimed that the RoC represented all Cypriots, even before the crossings opened and in becoming an EU member.

And the answer is the same since 1960, is the fact that the RoC always claimed to represent all Cypriots, which was the reason why the "trnc" has not gotten recognition before the crossings opened, even though the TCs did not benefit from the RoC's social services, and nor did/will the "trnc" gain recognition after the crossings opened, because nothing has changed with the RoC's policy. The RoC has no intentions denying the TCs anything. It is the TCs who are willingly go to the south for many social services, which makes the north a laughing stock every time they claim to the world that the north is isolated. Well, the many thousands of TCs going to the south and travelling the world on their EU passports makes mockery of the north's claim of being isolated and embargoed, does it not.??

So where does that leave the "trnc" when the TCs themselves who live in the north do not help the north to give that "deprived people image" to gain sympathy from the world. That's hardly going to happen, specially when you can get anything you want in the north, coming from any place in the world.??

How can it represent a people that has no say in its election? they claim this we do not, we object to this claim, therefore they have to meet the obligations that go with this GC claim.

which was the reason why the "trnc" has not gotten recognition before the crossings opened,

When did we get recognition as the TRNC? as always you sound very confused.

even though the TCs did not benefit from the RoC's social services,

Thats where you are wrong again some TCs did utilize "benefits" associated and obligated by the GC claim to represent TCs pre and post 1974.

and nor did/will the "trnc" gain recognition after the crossings opened, because nothing has changed with the RoC's policy.

Again you sound confused on this issue, the opening of the borders never constituted recognition of the TRNC.

The RoC has no intentions denying the TCs anything.

Ho believe me they do but they cannot deny us the consequences would just be to high a price to pay or they would have stopped years ago.

If it is their right then why do you think it wrong? The isolation is also acknowledged by the EU thats why they have been working towards easing the embargoes, you appear to be contradicting the EU, so are you now saying the EU is wrong and you are right?

So where does that leave the "trnc" when the TCs themselves who live in the north do not help the north to give that "deprived people image" to gain sympathy from the world. As I have stated earlier the world knows exactly the situation in the TRNC thats why they have been calling for an ease on the embargoes we dont have to convey a deprived image as it is unnecessary, the EU itself has been trying to push through the issue of direct trade only to be blocked again by the GCs, clearly sending the message we desire to world that the GCs foolishly do not want to allow TCs to prosper therefore forcing them to capitulate to GC demands.

...indeed Turkey is a large country, and so long as the debate is focused on "Turkishness" there will be the opportunity for "Greeks" to shout out as loud. the murder and mayhem will not be solved, nor will Justice be seen with this agenda.

there is one act we ignore, it is at the "grass root" level where the rebellion proceeds one person at a time. Cypriots must seek each other out and in this social-exchange corrupt the integrity of fear to which we are subject. it takes guts to cross the line and spend time on service and products made by Cypriots, for Cypriots, to make new friends; forgive me for saying i feel like a hypocrite because i would never cross that line because i am still afraid of being murdered. still for those who know something about me, few would say my words aren't reasoned. if you love this island as much as i do, then you will consider acts of resistance such as these, where neither of our governments can interfere; what's left of our pockets and our hearts.

the "embargo" is a political construction, and it is hard to determine who benefits the most from it. the fact remains that the Turkish Army has acted illegally and that they are Occupiers on this island. this is the issue. the suffering of Cypriots whether Turcophone or Grecophone is a result of Turkey's preoccupation with their security. and it has been won with an imeasurable cost to innocent victims in a Proxy War where the Greek Junta (another Interlocutor) was too daring. Cyprus, you see, has nothing to do with this, Cypriots are dismissed within these circles because the population is very small compared to the island's geopolitical situation; nothing personal (lol).

one other question vp, "you say it is the tc right to seek services with the ROC" how do they gain these rights by being citizens of the "pseudo state" or being citizens of the ROC?

Have you heard of your own constitution? And your international claim that you represent TCs, when you make such a claim you have to provide "benefits", you can stop this claim tomorrow if you wish dont you think the GCs would have done this to force TCs into capitulation but they know full well it would be political suicide.
