Jack Straw utters the TRUTH

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

The next spanner in the works would be a statement that the British will vacate one or both bases and express their "sincere desire' to see the territory equitably divided.

Didn't they already say as much a year or so ago?

That it would be divided equally (or at least the Dekhelia one would)

If you don't have evidence, there is no need to reply! Stop trolling your anti-Cypriot stirrings!

Once upon a time, in 1955, the cypriot people were faced with a vicious beast. One day a small group of about 250 old men and boys had had enough of this beast and took it on head first.

For a period of 4 years the giant beast (aka UK) could not handle this small liberation group, they were getting their asses kicked daily so in the end, they gave up and gave the country back. The rest is history.

EOKA For ever.

You should stop spending all your time watching Jeremy Kyle and read the newspapers and listen to the news. Or at least flick over to it on the internet now and then!
