Why is this law not enforced ???

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I'm sure there must be some Fish and Chips shops in Cyprus! You could even buy some sliced bread and make some Chip Patties for your Entrée!

You should ask the admin of Cyprus Dying for the recipe!
