Very interesting with some very old film footage (and current too) and wonderful old photographs. People from both sides speaking.

Musicians from both sides bringing people together.

Witness Special - Echoes Across The Divide.

Yes - obviously not shot recently. I did enjoy the film footage and photographs both new and old.

Very encouraging to see so many young people wanting to get together.

I suppose the 'positive' stuff goes on quietly in the background whilst the 'negative' stuff gets broadcasted in places like this and in local rags.

So what was the positive stuff? They agreed to end the Turkish occupation and for the refugees to return to their homes?

Good point.

But in the big picture, please add that the communities need to reconcile, it's just as important as Turkey getting its troops out and the refugees getting control of their property back.
