I THINK THE GUY IS LOSING IT,LOVE THE PART ABOUT THE ROC Name and its illegaliity:

Letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, sent the Turkish Cypriot leader Dervis Eroglu, expressing the views of the Turkish Cypriots in Cyprus.

It is transmitted from the occupied areas to the letter, dated November 1, Mr Eroglu says it can make progress and reach agreement by the end of the year "if the Greek Cypriot side makes progressive steps and demonstrate the necessary political will 'in its expression.

It adds that "if the Greek Cypriot side to stop making unnecessary statements and begin to use up its energy in the talks on Cyprus, then it can find a comprehensive solution by the end of the year, as claimed.

Referring to the speech of the President of the Republic, Demetris Christofias, before the UN General Assembly, Mr Eroglu argues that the mention of President Christofias to invasion and occupation "does not reflect the realities on the island."

It argues further that there is no reference to invasion and occupation of any resolution of the UN Security Council, and also makes allegations of campaign of ethnic cleansing by the Greek Cypriot side, which resisted the Turkish army.

Mr Eroglu also argues that the use of the name Republic of Cyprus after 1963 'away from any legal or moral basis. "

Nevertheless, he continues, the Turkish side comes to the talks with good will and peace plans accepted, as submitted.

Finally, states that "a tripartite meeting in New York will have a positive effect on the talks.
