Spot on piece in the grauniad.... I want an argument with anyone who disagrees...

Yeah, when the Turks were "vandalizing the Greek heritage", the GC's were busy executing TC civilians and dumping them into mass graves. Yet he dares to go on talking about "civilization", the blind fool.

Robert Ellis is an utter prick and so are you ZoC.

Turkey has only itself to blame if it is shunned by the EU
The vandalism and looting of Cyprus's cultural heritage that has occurred since 1974 is unworthy of any civilised nation

The title was where I stopped reading this "spot on piece".

Hmm, the last time I checked there were fewer TC fatalities than GC fatalities between 1963 and 1967 (covering both major communal conflicts) so do you want to clarify your claim...

The article is talking abut 1974, and about Turks.

So I don't know what you are on about.

It's actually far worse for 1974... over 5,000 GC fatalities Vs 200 odd TC fatalities so which other period do you want to jump to? :?

There is difference between being bombed by an exterior force and to be executed by your neighbor and buried half alive.

Also if you must talk numbers could it not be possible that you have more casualties, because there is simply more of you??

Motive is very important and when I look at the Cyprus problem, I only see 1 side that has worked towards total ethnic cleansing, the hope to eradicate the other race, and that was not the Turks.

So you didn't even read it, and you came here to argue? what an ignoramus you turned out to be... all over again... like the last time you were shown up as having the brains of a one-celled amoeba that hadn't eaten its algae.
