I've just spoken to GR and he has volunteered to be burnt at the stake, Miltiades will fan the flames.

A burning at the stake?, well, if that be the nature of the 'Sacrifice', may I suggest that Miltiades (since his name is mentioned) might be an ideal substitute for GR.

Miltiades could be 'Spit Roasted' and there are many reasons to support his suitability for such an end.

(a) He portrays the manners of a pig almost every time he presents a comment.

(b) He grunts disapproval rather than registers the reasons for such.

(c) Most importantly, he consumes so much wine, his flesh will be ready 'Marinated'.

(d) All the cooking implements necessary are obtainable from his little shop in a gaslit street somewhere in the region where there are many 'Muslim' residents.

His stature is such that there would not be much of him for a good feast BUT, at least we would be rid of the offensive little pest. (IMHO)

Unfortunately GR has gone and done what you suggested. Poor Miltiades this all thats left of him.
