What 3-key combination? While you are typing in Greek you just press the ; button before typing the letter that will get the stress...

Well shouldn't the word 'τούτο' actually read 'Αυτό' ??? :lol:

But, how do you insert a circumflex ( ~ ) ?

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages > Details > Settings > Add... > Input Language: Greek, Keyboard layout/IME: Greek Polytonic > OK > OK > OK.
