Turkish Cypriots could help pay for properties, officials say

With talks to reunite Cyprus bogging down on the property issue, Turkey and northern Cyprus are drafting new ideas that could see northerners help pay compensation on land owned by southerners. Some 80 percent of the immovable properties in the north belong to Greek Cypriots
