Firstly remove that stupid description from your website that says Greek side.

Secondly 2450 in your dreams....

Had there been a second plot and a pool I'd consider it. (the fact that its in the middle of nowhere in Anthoupoli should have been discounted by another 1000.)

Put it on the market for 1500 euros and you might get lucky.
