The CF Judgment for the O’Dwyer case!

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

This "Conor" chap must have been trying to subvert the course of Justice. I don't know of any other case in the UK where a claimant has been allowed to publicise their own side of the story, before trial, as much as this scumbag.

Cyprus has got to be the most ultra-tolerant place on Earth and scumbag must know this to exploit its generosity so much ...

Am nearly ready to hear any last minute time-wasting appeals from the condemned against the very fair sentences passed by the CF Jury...

Errr... anyone got a spare mains plug please?

You must be forgetting the sworn affadavit that Marios Karayiannas made at the SBA and proudly displayed for a time on their website.

Oh but I forgot, he had to admit that it was all lies in court the other week. Know what his defence lawyer claimed? That he couldn't possibly be held responsible fot that, how was he to know what he signed.

That's when he proved himself to be a.....................lying builder.com, under oath, in a witness box.

In fact, if Conor were to find himself with a bit of spare time on his hands he could really test the Cypriot judicial system and go and swear the same complaint to the police as that they have sworn against him. We'd then see if it worked in an equal manner for a foreigner as it does for a Cypriot. I wonder how long it would take to get to court? Of course, if Conor were to take this course of action it would be case won immediately given that their website wasn't in fact telling the truth, as his was.

Thats perjury is,nt it

'An affidavit is a written declaration which is accompanied by an oath or affirmation indicating that the contents of the affidavit are true. Someone may make an affidavit in connection with a court case, or an affidavit may be an important supporting document in something like a mortgage application. Many forms are also affidavits, since they include a line indicating that the person has completed the form to the best of his or her knowledge, and that deliberately erroneous information can result in a perjury charge'

Jack M they have also been stripped of their AIPP membership(Association of International Property Professionals) and are STILL displaying it on their website too, naughty naughty. Small detail, but it all adds to what they hide to the sometimes gullible public.

Sorry Milo I just added to my post regarding the action Conor could take.

Yes it is indeed perjury and Conor could make that complaint to the police also.

The crooked actions of these convicted criminals are hard to keep up with.

Of course this is the second assault in two years, the first also the subject of a court case, which was an utter farce.

Going to see your MP is NOT the same as actually having his support. Where are the visible/actual signs of support from his MP?
