The CF Judgment for the O’Dwyer case!

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

This case today was prosecuted not by Conor O'Dwyer, this case was prosecuted by the Republic of Cyprus and the prosecutors office, they thought their was a case to answer and there still is, I believe this case will now go to the Supreme Court, it is not over yet, not by a long way.

Christoforos and Marios Karayiannas are tonight convicted criminals, they always will be, they can never change that, furthermore they have a ten month suspended jail sentence hanging over their heads, would you want to buy a home from a convicted criminal, would you want to experience their unique method of "after sales service" for yourself, I think not.

They are due to appear in court again on five further occasions in Larnaca, with reference to the illegal selling of a house, should this be proved, this can carry a prison sentence of up to seven years, only now they will be appearing as convicted criminals with a suspended prison sentence hanging over their heads.

Your knowledge of the legal process in Cyprus is far less obvious than the degree of bitterness your post suggests that you are feeling subsequent to the sentencing of those convicted.

Considerably more obvious is the fact that you are now harbouring malicious thoughts and squirming in your own bile at the thought that they were treated with what YOU consider to be, leniency.

Steel yourself Madam, there is worse news to come, the Karayiannis Family are 'Businesspeople' and they will surmount ANY of the obstacles you envisage they may face in the future, they are wealthy and well thought of among their peers and will continue to thrive in their chosen professions, despite the adversity you 'HOPE' they may face as a result of 'Conor's Campaign'.

Have a care, lest the negativity you direct at others (particularly Evil thoughts) may so easily rebound upon oneself, unless you are a witch, in which case you will be protected but must suffer the crooked nose together with so many other characteristics that attend such status.

Thrive?
You obviously haven't looked around their half finished developments in a few years. There's more activity in Varosha than on a Karayiannas development.

As stated above, I believe that the Karayiannis Family (and others affected by the gross misconduct of Conor and his entourage of misfits) will surmount those difficulties born out of the 'Campaign' which has traduced so many respected business enterprises in Cyprus.

Ultimately, winners will win BUT, losers (like Conor and his aforementioned rabble) will suffer the consequences of the final defeat which is sure to come. (IMHO)

You do sound very like someone else on here, it is,nt is it? No we don,t speak she would,nt would she? She pops up under many guises though I have been informed. The usual twists turns and mis-directions are there, so I think it is. I refuse to reply with someone so hateful and racist as THAT poster, so carry on with your waffle as you are on your own. I will continue to post as I see fit. Unless of course admin stops me. So whinge away to them if you wish. I ain,t listening.

If I,m a witch I,m a white one, Good over Evil is the only way in my book.

ok so i`m reading elsewhere that the matter of 'provocation' was focused on by the judge, practically justifying the pre-meditated assault and thus suspending sentence !

Oh look, it seems that you'll have to include the State in Conor's entourage of misfits.

From the Cyprus Mail:

@all

Just an update on this story. The state is planning to appeal both the decision (downgrade to ABH from GBH) and the sentence. More details in tomorrow's story.

Fine. Sounds like the judge, in possession of all the facts, confirms the silliness we witnessed Conor trying to pass off as innocence.

I wonder if in due course we will find out why his local MP (wise?) didn't support the man and what was the reason for his "departure" from the Army?

Still, his fan-base following, down to desperate "Milo" (allegedly related to some dodgy Estate Agent) and erm, and, and, erm, erm ... think that's it, are keeping up his tradition of blowing noisy trumpets! :D

Madam, you are so far out with your assessment that one can readily accept that your judgements elsewhere might be seriously impaired.

At least I am now able to understand your allegiance to the 'Ruffian' who has enticed your unswerving support to his foul cause.

Withdraw your support I urge you, the symptoms of 'Witchery' are already appearing, for only an 'Addled Brain' would make such a bold claim as you have now made, a vivid example of your truly extraordinary LACK of perception. (IMHO) of course.

Oracle you sound like a stuck record.

Conor has no stain on his character whatsoever, much as it pains you to hear it.

He does have the support of his MP and had a meeting with him only last week.

I don't know why he left the army but he is just one of 18-20,000 who leave every year. Why do you insist on trying to give the impression there is something sinister in it? He doesn't even read this forum so he's not going to answer you and it's none of your business anyway. Do you disclose your private life, if you have one, on here?
