Justice for Property Victims.

Postby hissyfits » Mon Nov 01, 2010 8:43 pm

At long last the way forward of all those victims of the Cyprus Property scams. However this will have massive implications for the future property sector economy.

Can't help thinking that, "what goes around, comes around"

We've had the bankers already, but you spelt it incorrectly.

Oops ... my bad!

I thought this was about the 200,000 refugees!

Still, this should make a few money-hungry Brits happy.

Another balanced argument and diversion!

I think in relation to the above article and the identified problem, which by the way has also affected Russians, Greeks and Cypriots, we can all see what nationality the "money-hungry" people were.

Balanced view? No wonder you chose a facial picture with only one eye. It obviously represents your very one sided view.

Tell us how many it will help! Balance that figure with the 200,000 GCs waiting for their (mostly all paid for and long term legally owned and undisputed for generations) homes, land and properties for nearly 4 decades and convince me of how caring and balanced you really are, hissy!

You have a problem with my one eye? Are you now going to tell me a blind person lacks balance and equanimity!

Why does there have to be a comparison? Are not both situations unacceptable?

No I am certainly not suggesting that blind people lack balance and equanimity but I am stating that you do not give balanced views. Your remarks are at best racist and you rudely dismiss anything that shows Cyprus in a bad light no matter how accurate the evidence provided.

The 200,000 GC 's should have their homes returned and compensation should be paid BUT the many pensioners who have paid in full for their properties and now stand to be made homeless, as a result of the on-going property scams in the South also deserve justice.

Its about what is right and wrong..........not about certain nations that you happen to dislike.

You've gone hysterical, hissy.

Just admit you don't know how few/many people these changes will help and be done with. No need for hyperbole when I stated I made a mistake from your (weird) thread title in hoping for the best outcome for the maximum number of people.

Actually I’m alright with Brits getting screwed… after all a good 5-10k of your fellow countrymen have moved into our ethnically cleansed properties in the occupied territory, have they not?
