Hey Dodo, remember this? (last post)

http://www.cyprus-forum.com/cyprus31674-160.html

It took me seconds to find damning evidence of defamation against Cyprus on his home page!

Imagine if I was to read through every detail like the government will do to build their case!

Noted but not accepted!. You may not like what he
says, you may not like how he publicised it, but there is nothing on his website I can see that is either not factuially correct (and supported by evidence) or is not an honest opinion formed from a reasonsed analysis of the facts, which is not defamation, exept in your own deluded imagination.

DOCUMENTED EVENT:
one has an AG who, as has been pointed out, was unwilling to prosecute a case of double selling, which is seemingly in clear breach of law - his lack of action on other aspects of property mis-selling in Cyprus, which now appears to be clearly contrary to law, is also something that others ion other forums are commenting upon.

DOCUMENTED EVENT:
One has the identified seemingly unusual changes in court dates, a process you yousrself seem to have conceded takes place.

These are all actions of of state officials and are all legitimate grounds for complaint. The unwillingness of the state to deal with the gross abuses of the property market are indeed essentail reading for anyone thinking of buying in Cyprus.

You, sir, however seem unable to grasp these points, let alone deal with them. My closing invocation stands!

Of course, all these "seemingly unusual" accusations are perfectly normal and so he is defaming Cyprus!

How many "seemingly unusual" scenarios take place in every other country?

How many people claim that Court processes are smooth, fast and convenient?

I wouldn't even bother trying to evict a non-paying tenant in the UK; it takes so long! Should I start a "shame on UK" campaign? Or, should I just accept there are more pressing matters the country has to deal with?
