Eating raw bird meat can make you very ill.

Boring

Well obviously you know all about being boring, Mr Macintosh-wearing-Mug-giver-man!

What a pathetic response, is that the best you can do, critisize my clothing and the fact that I gave fellow CFers a token gift of our meeting.

You miserable little shit.

I value my MUG very much.

Is it big enough to pee in it in the evenings?

Is that what you normally use mugs for? :?

Not me, but old farts like you do that all the time.

You need to do a bit more homework. He hasn't been accused of defaming the state.

The state does the damage all by itself and there can be no defamation because it's all true.

well GR,

You may not like what Conor says but that does not make it defamatory.

It does however seem very clear to me that either you are incapable of understanding Conor's complaint about the state or you are willfully misrepresenting his arguement.

His complaint, as set out on his website, was not that the case was delayed, but that scheduling of hearings was seemingly being manipulated.

As the correspondence record showed he had been asked for (and agreed to!!!) an adjourment. Then, much to his surprise, the case went ahead on the first date he had been asked and agreed to relinquish for other cases.

That is documented.

It was this change in the court date which must have involved a state official that lead to a complaint gainst the state. IMHO it was not thefore Conor who politicised the issue of the schedule of hearings but the state official who was involved in the rescheduling.

Now it follows from this his complaint that was valid and whatever you say there can therefore no defamation, even if as he has done he has chosen to broadcast it.

Now if what others (eg Lola-Tulip) say is true, that cases take from two to four years to reach trial, but as you suggest might ,the case aginst him will be pushed ahead very quickly, you have only confirmed that matters such as the scheduling of court dates can be subeject to political manipulation, i.e politicisation by the state, as conor complained about.

As it is, I repeat the point that many of the allegations on this Furm against conor are not documented.

Now I know you you know how nto make website, so why not do as he did and post the objective evidence that supports your case, like he did.

May I otherwise ask that if you can't provide objective evidence that supports any of your allegations against Mr O'Dwyer. iou should
shut up

Hear here too. Too many interesting posters with something useful to contribute, from both "sides", have been seen off by the forum fascists and racists. You know who you are, just like the extremists on the island have destroyed Cyprus so you are destroying the CF.

So is it this that brought on the Jerry bashing then?

Yes, boring isn't it.

Hey Dodo, remember this? (last post)

http://www.cyprus-forum.com/cyprus31674-160.html

It took me seconds to find damning evidence of defamation against Cyprus on his home page!

Imagine if I was to read through every detail like the government will do to build their case!

I’ve heard (1) publicizing material (that shouldn’t have been) on the Internet and (2) defamation against Cyprus from a lawyer friend/customer.

Noted but not accepted!. You may not like what he
says, you may not like how he publicised it, but there is nothing on his website I can see that is either not factually correct (and supported by evidence) or is not an honest opinion formed from a reasoned analysis of the facts, which is not defamation, except in your own deluded imagination.

one has an AG who, as has been pointed out, was unwilling to prosecute a case of double selling, which is seemingly in clear breach of law - his lack of action on other aspects of property mis-selling in Cyprus, which now appears to be clearly contrary to law, is also something that others ion other forums are commenting upon.

One has the identified seemingly unusual changes in court dates, a process you yourself seem to have conceded takes place.

These are all actions of of state officials and are all legitimate grounds for complaint. The unwillingness of the state to deal with the gross abuses of the property market are indeed essential reading for anyone thinking of buying in Cyprus.

You, sir, however seem unable to grasp these points, let alone deal with them. instead you seek to evade. My closing invocation stands!
