What makes you think your homeland is worthy of freedom and justice but the homeland of others such as Afghanis and Iraqis is not?

But only an fool like you would hand these territories to the Taliban.

There are many victims of this who have fled the Taliban for a better life in the UK. How many have you taken in?

Now what’s the matter? Don’t you like the Taliban? :?

In the 80s the CIA directly supported the Taliban by providing them with arms and money against the Soviets, so what’s wrong with them now? :?

Republican congressman Dana Rohrabacher:

“The Taliban was a construct of the CIA and was armed by the CIA”

I'Ll tell you whats wrong with them GR.

When the ordinary Afgfhan risk slife and limb, queing up to vote in democratic elections, it must destroy your argument because they do it depite you shite argument.

I know it kills you to see ordinary people exerise there democratic right a right a pinko like you pisses on.

 Before you can claim to destroy people’s arguments you should first learn how to spell and then stick to the issue at hand! Until then you’re a waste of time!

Yep, you've destroyed my argument there.

Yes thank you Great Britain for helping the Turks

A few days ago however, they addressed letters to the European Union. The content of those letters confirmed what we knew all along: That the then British Government of Tony Blair following the rejection of the Annan Plan PROMISED THEM DIRECT TRADE. The Association of Turkish Cypriots Abroad sent two letters, one to the president of the European Commission and another to the president of the European Parliament expressing, according to Turkish Londra Gazete newspaper, their disappointment, for not allowing as yet direct trade with the occupation regime. The letter sent by Cetin Ramadan , England Representative of Turks abroad read: “…

“We are uncertain about direct business to TRNC, and the decision of postponing direct business is a violation of Turkish Cypriot Rights.

Following the Annan plan in 2004, Gunter Verheugen and Tony Blair had promised an unconditional direct business. This has still not been put in place, the EU is still under pressure from the Greek Cypriots and still the people of TRNC are being treated with injustice...”.

Turkey invaded
Cyprus on 20th July 1974 with the criminal complicity of the then British Labour
Government of Harold Wilson and Foreign Secretary James Callaghan. On 17th July
1974 Turkish Prime Minister B. Ecevit met with Harold Wilson and James Callaghan
and asked them if
Britain could join Turkey in invading
Cyprus . Both British officials could not give such an undertaking to
Turkey because they were afraid of the British bases on the island but gave the green
light to Ecevit to proceed with his brutal invasion of the
Republic of Cyprus promising to help
Turkey by blockading Greece from rushing to help
Cyprus
. Extracts from that high level meeting at
10 Downing Street have as follows:
“… The Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary asked what British help in these
circumstances would involve. Mr.Ecevit meant that he hoped
Britain would not put up obstacles and would persuade the
United States not to do so…. The Prime Minister said that he understood
Mr.Ecevit’s remarks as an expression of the Turkish wish that
Britain would not blockade an action of the kind contemplated by
Turkey , but that they would blockade the Greeks. Mr. Ecevit asked if
Britain would be ready to do so. The Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary said
it was not impossible…”

How about removing all the Settlers who are not only 'oppressing' but also occupying the homes and properties of violently expunged GCs?

And, how about "Thank you Great Britain" for restoring the Sovereign Base Areas to the RoC?

How about if the UK told whinging ungrateful parasites like you who choose and prefer to live with, marry into and no doubt sponge off of the Nation you blame for all your ills to get back to where you came from?

You could buy and occupy some of the thousands of empty and unsaleable properties over here in Cyprus and help boost the economy. And you might even get a bit of an insight into 'life in Cyprus today'. Not life in Cyprus like wot it wos how yer granny tells it to you!

I'm sure the UK could find others to run all the fish and chip shops.

Thank you for your economic advice but I already own more properties than I can inhabit in a lifetime. None of them acquired with the help of the UK.

Undoubtedly, there are many ageing, teenage, school-pregnancy drop-outs (like you and SSBubbles, I believe) who are able to fry up your national dish -- when they can be tempted back away from sunnier-climes once their pensions diminish to the price of less than one bottle of Gin a day!

The Gasfart has hounded me on every thread I've posted. Take a look back over this one. I make a general comment and she attaches herself to me like a bloodthirsty leech!. Jeez! I ignore twenty to fifty of her "post-to-me-me-me" attacks, but every so often, I take a stab at silencing her/him. Perhaps, I should just starve the savage beast! :D Ignore the trolling Gasfart ...

More lies from a leech and a drain on the UK benefits system. Paid for by UK taxpayers like myself.

Do you just sit and try to dream up what you think will be the worst lies you can tell to turn others against those you don't think should be here?

As I said, get a job - it will occupy your mind and might even sharpen your brain.

Oracle,

About the BRITISH BASES. If they go, then the TRNC will be recognised by Britain immediately - Divide and Rule!! While, if they stay, then it's a Swiss Style Confederation, in effect, of THREE States - The GCS, TCS and British Sov areas. Clearly, the island only really has two choices. See how the British play with the Simple minded "Cypriots".......
