Myself like a great many others had our first exposure & experiences with Cyprus through our postings as UN peacekeepers. Many of us thought & still think the country is beautiful & hope someday to return as tourists.
A category for us would allow us to discuss things we have in common as we would have a slightly different perspective than the locals or those who have experienced Cyprus as tourists.

1989/1990. On the Green Line mostly within the walled part of Nicosia.
