Thanks for welcoming me but you got it wrong i am male born here in London of TC origin and my Wife is born here and of GC origin and we have 2 Girls and we have 4 Flags in our House. Our kids will grow up with no biased views or brain washed thinking that me and my wife got which i at times have but battle to look at things objectively and not allow for my tongue to go loose and chat shit like i have seen a lot here . No disrespect intended but i can tell you this without a doubt that i used to have a very strong view when i was younger in fact i was i right wing Turk if you want to label me, like some of these twats that are so proud to be Greek or Turkish coming out with how great we are. You have to break the predjudice in your mind and in time you will realise it means jack shit people are just people . Me and my wife we dont for a second ever think about politics or stuff like that. If you really wanted Cyprus to be like the old days you first have to changer the state of mind that most are in and that is hatred,Predjudice,racism etc ec . Politics and Geneva conventions etc etc is not going to change jack shit unless the general public change their state of mind. When i was in Larnacca with wife and kids which we also visited both sides this summer my best friend came over who is English and i have never given him an opinion about Greeks however we went to Aya Nappa because he wanted to go but as quck as we went there he wanted to leave realising that we were actually a bit too old to mingle in that crowd however my mate wanted to go to a Casino so we asked a Local Greek who told us there are no real Casinos on this side only electronic ones then further stated " But they have them on the other side but dont go there they shoot people" My mate was absolutely shocked as the bloke did not realise firstly that i was Turkish and also that my mate had already visited the other side 3 times since he came with me to visit my relatives and explore. " my mate then casually said well i sat at my mate unties house on the turkish side and she did not attempt to shoot me " . I told my mate you get people like that from both sides and they dont help the situation . I hope you all understand when i mean when the state of mind has to change.

Here we go again misconstruding what i said about Turkified . i will make it plain and simple i am aware of where i orininate from just like we all do as we live in England. My parents are Turkish Cypriot and go back 600 years all TC originate from the ottoman empire meaning from some part of the Empires boundaries .That is all i am saying . I am not making some colonial comment i am stating a historical fact thats all and also the person making a comment about a safe return home .Can you please elaborate on what you mean by a safe return Home this as i can assure you that in my mothers village which pre 1974 was a mixed village they co existed with two communities both living their way of culture and there was absolute no desire to safe return home as they were at home as far as they were concerned and so did their 6 generations before them and i am certain well i can only speak for myself as i was born here that this is my home and i have no desire as a safe return home do you back to Greece?
