B25 its reality without a solution the trend of Turks coming to north Cyprus will continue and they are no longer just workers qualified professionals are also moving from tbe hussle and bussle of big cities to the TRNC for a quieter life. In 5 to 10 years this figure will easily reach 1 million of mixed marriages children born here etc will you still want what you are demanding today if we become the majority. The Turks hAve already started moving south dontbeto suprised if your daughters or sons bring them home to introduce them toyou as your future son or daughtetinlaw. Thats where thibgs are headed and if you cant see it and live in denial you will the ones kicking yourswlves for not compromisong with TCs to solve the problem when you had that chance.

In actual fact you continue to commit war crimes by violating the 4th Geneva convention of coloniasation of occupied lands. Shame the UN doesn't respond to that.

I can assure you, if any of my kids brought home turks, they would all be out on their arses, but I don't need to worry because a, my kids are not that stupid and b, they are not desperate and know better than to bring home a cockroach.

I am amazed at the ignorance of History and origin of TCs coming from some of the GC s some of the opinions that have been noted by some of the characters in this forum for example. Myself for example i am aware that my race comes from 2 different empires that had ruled Cyprus for decades, one is Byzantium and the other is Ottoman .Please note when you make comments that there really is no complete race in Cyprus and this applies to GCs so don't delude yourselves. You only need to look at how different you look to mainland Greeks. To then make such racist and hypocritical comments about what sort of people are coming over to the North is just amazing .Can you please tell me which country do you live in is it not possibly England so what gives you the right to come over here and then comment on who comes to North Cyprus.Look at the influx of Filipino and Russians and Asians including Kurds etc etc that live in the South . I was in the South and made observations of Greek men with Filipino women with children and with Russians so i say to you that your race will be diluted with different races not the north .The north has influx of Turks of different origin .Don't forget in the first place there was not one race of Turks anyway we had the Seljuk's,Hittites and mongol empire all eventually becoming the Turkic race so when you say TC where the hell do you think we came from ? i will answer this for you as i believe you wont have the knowledge to give me the answer as per your ignorant comments is that we are from the mainland Turkey prior to when the ottoman empire conquered Cyprus in the 14th century and we are sons and daughters mainly of the ottoman soldiers who were of different origin as mentioned above. I believe some of you individuals need to get a reality check . I am married to a GC so my children are GCTC what ever that means but do you not think this had happened decades ago with so many empires conquering Cyprus. Whats happening at present with most European countries like UK all races are marrying and procreating mixed races and the same is happening on the Greek side . The Turks are pro creating with different origin Turks so that then makes us even more Turkish.

Fair comment but the Ottomans invaded Cyprus in the 16th century not the 14th. Just a slight error.

I'm not sure what a "complete race" is but can you give an example of another country that satisfies your criteria?

We are well aware of the stretch of the Ottoman empire and likely origin of "Turkish Cypriots" but surely you meant "late 16th century"!
