oh yeah, you voted yes with all your heart to the annan plan...

and while the devil eroglu maintains, your aim is to keep the turkish presence in cyprus...jesus that must have been one of those workable solutions to the cyprus problem that you well and trully poured your heart on it...

and i see you wanna kep the picasso on the mountain for rubbing salt to the wounds...another workable solution you are trully pouring your heart on...

get it through you heads you want a fair solution, start demonstrating with actions and stop being the mouthpiece of turkey...

what the roc president is offering you for varoshia is beneficial for all cypriots...

end of the day your disappearance will be your own doing...you can't blame others for your maximalist demands...

time to accept the roc is a country, that yes you can share only if you put your, tcs, interest first and turkeys second...not the other way around...

read here...from a true cypriot...not wannabies...

Ironically, the TCs always accused the GCs of trying to drive them out of Cyprus or exterminate them. Well, guess what? The enemy is within! Your mama, Turkey, is the culprit... gradually erasing you off the map.

My advise to the TC community... run & take cover under the RoC ombrella for protection and, most of all, survival of your people - the only option you have.

Why its like saying the French should assimilate with the English but in our case if you need reminding we have Turkish origins, in 10 years time you will be begging for partition as the population in the north hits 1 million.

... and, in 10 years, how many Turkish Cypriots will be there, if any?

TC's will survive just like the GC's have over the thousands of years of existence on this beautiful island of ours. How did the GC's survive?...........simple really........add a few drops of Arab blood, some English, a tad of French(Lusignan, and oh yes Italian (Venetian brand), before then the Egytians, Assyrians not to forget the 'Greek' element too. Teach them Greek and voila'/hey presto we have the Greek Cypriots/Cypriots. I might not be too keen on the new mixture, but hey, they will be the new generation of Turkish Cypriots.

OMG.What am I saying.......... :?

You are spot on,yegen...

And this new generation of Turkish Cypriots will outnumber the old generation of Greek Cypriots within 10 years...We could then have a unitary state solution based solely on democratic principles, majority rule, and EU requirements...

I am disappointed from you Bir. You, a genuine Turkish Cypriot, prefer to accept the demographic annihilation of your community, to be replaced with foreigners and scum... succumbing to the imminent extinction... a poor position to take, indeed. The new generation of Turkish Cypriots you refer above is actually just mainland Turks... not TCs.

I was expecting a more "patriotic stance" from you, just like the GC side, striving to maintain the true Cypriot status as we know it.

Apparently, you are "sold" to the lowest bidder (Turkey) mainly due to poor political leadership from your side. The occupying Turkish troops are not in place to protect you but to cleanse you and in the end the TCs will disappear from the face of Cyprus. A sad story really...

I am disappointed too,Georgio...Disappointed that the majority of my GC compatriots prefer to gift 37% of Cyprus on a plate to Turkey, instead of sharing power with their TC compatriots...You are pointing the finger in the wrong direction... Turn towards those who are making a habit of wanting to gift Cyprus to foreigners (Remember ENOSIS???)And by the way, mainland Turks are not scum...They are just different...It is not their fault that Cypriots found it impossible to live together under the only agreement they have managed to sign in 1959...I have lost my ancestral village,my childhood, and my country because of that...What do you expect me to say,"Yeah the Offical GC state embargoes and international isolation process has worked well, the settlers now outnumber the real TCs,so lets go back to 1963 and start again"???If the offer was to get back to 1960 I would be supporting it...But the offer is "lets sweep everything under the carpet, get back to the idea of majority GC rule, and hope for the best, because now we are in a democratic club"...It wont work,Georgio...The TC community is far more traumatised than the GC community by the past events...And nothing has been done to help either community get over it...There is no trust,no understanding, and no empathy between us...The official GC policy of "Crush the TCs to an insignificant minority" is alive and well...These days it is masquarading as a stick (Embargoes and political isolation) and a carrot (Deomcracy a la EU)...The TCs will not buy it...The lesser of the two evils and all that...I am sure you will understand...

Let's just say we don't believe that there is such a thing as a "Turkish Cypriot", so you're asking us to "share power" (50%) with Turkey in case we lose 37% to Turkey!

Time for my favourite refrain:

As I was coming down the stair
I met a man who wasnt there
He wasnt there again today
Oh how I wish he'd go away....

thats because you haven't broken out of you 15th century mentality...the world has moved on...accept the eu aquis....reduce your state so you are a majority in your state by default...accept the rule of law...accept what you gain was at the expence of the majority...denounce collective punishment...stop with your maximalist demands...accept what the roc president is benificial to all cypriots, unlike anything tabled from your side is ONLY beneficial to your community...at the expence of the other community...accept the fact the talks are for the cypriots as a whole, not protecting the presence of another country...your leadership has proven time and time again how untrustworthy you have became...

you are a bankruprted community and then via your so loved annan plan you expected the same community that you dished out collective punishment on, bail you out?...legalise the collective punishment?...are you for real?...with empty slogans and whining?...poor tcs, they are the victims in this...what victims?...even today your collective punishment is on exhibition for the world to see in the form of a picasso on the mountains...

you are not the only one driven away from his homeland, so cut the crap...the same person you are conversing with, is a person driven away from his homeland douche bag via ethinc cleansing...

The TC community is far more traumatised than the GC community by the past events...

You mean the unofficial Turkish policy of "crush the TCs to an insignificant minority", surely?
