Veelo Eroğlu says the turkish dam, Alaköprü Dam, will be finished in 4 years and then when it is finished, they'll start building the dam in the Occupied Areas, which will take a further three years ... so all in all it'll take seven years.
... sounds as if the only thing being piped over is the usual loada hot air.
The pipeline will supply 75 million cubic meters of water .
