Viewpoint doesn't know what he wants. One minute he complains he wants his "rights" and "benefits". Next minute he doesn't want them because he'd have to give up the "TRNC" to the Greek Cypriot majority. So he swings from one extreme to the other: one day he moans he wants his rights, the next day that he's happy to give up his rights because he's got the "TRNC" and is keeping the G/Cs from reclaiming their land and "dominating" him.

So we get this schizoid mess who can't make up his mind. One day he's the persecutor, the next day he's being persecuted. He even admits it in his signature. One day he's a bully the next day everyone's bullying him. Our mental wards are filled with people who think exactly the same way.

He veers from bully to victim, unable to decide which is the reality. As soon as he fixes on one, he starts to become the other. As soon as he asserts one, the other comes into play. It's a vicious cycle he can't get out of.

My advice to VP is to be stop thinking of himself as a victim and/or a bully. That way he can maybe find some peace of mind.
