De Ja Vu what happened when Talat presented the F1 trophy? The Turks have money to burn on fines and penalties for celebrating ethnic cleansing.

The leading actors of the international community, including the EU, have regrettably unheeded the recommendations of the UNSG Kofi ANNAN. The report of Kofi ANNAN, which is of historical significance, could not have been taken up by the UN Security Council. The report has been shelved.

Annan's actions as an arbitrator proved that he was an unethical dirty little pawn of the US, who, in determining the Annan plan, IGNORED the very principles of the UN (the organisation he was representing), international law, EU law, basic human rights law and effectively breached the trust and duty of care he owed to both parties.

If Annan or (more likely) any Cyprus-based UN representative dislike this statement, I challenge them to sue me for libel, so that Annan's actions can actually be examined by a court. I will be happy to provide my details if asked.

It is for these reasons that UN Security Council REJECTED the unethical dirty little pawn's recommendations.
