It is unfortunate that despite joining the EU and having court judgments at a European level there doesn't seem to be any desire/ability to enforce those judgments. It is the case of the lawful entity vs the entity that doesn't abide by law. In the short term the entity not abiding by law wins since it simply does what it wishes.

The greatest achievement that Cyprus has had in its entire history was its membership to the EU , the most successful ever union of nations . Had Britain not been so bloody small minded and became a leading force within the EU then much more progress could be made but typical of Britain in being such a narrow minded nation that thinks , and actually believes , that we still have our own unique ....sovereignty .
